ORDER
All items are made to order. Please allow a 2 week turnaround time for delivery. You will receive a confirmation email after your order has been placed, notifying you of the scheduled ship date for your purchase. Please be sure to provide a valid email address where I can contact you if there are questions with your order. I promise not to contact you unless necessary.
SHIPPING
There are no additional charges for any items shipped within the USA. All packages will be sent USPS Priority Mail. You will receive shipping notification from USPS with a tracking number when the package goes out.
International packages will be sent via USPS Priority Mail (6-10 days). Charges will be applied during checkout after you have selected the destination country from a drop-down menu. Presently there are three tiers of shipping rates based on your order amount:
Less than $94.00 = $16.00 USD
$94.00 - $340.00 = $28.00 USD
More than $340.00 = $42.00 USD
Some larger, more unique orders may require a personalized shipping invoice for an amount not listed above. Will be addressed on a case by case basis.
At this time, USPS is unable to offer tracking for international services, however, a customs reference number will be supplied after the item has been shipped. All packages will be marked as merchandise for their full value in USD on customs declaration forms. Some countries may require you to pay a duty on the purchase depending on the value of the package.
SALES TAX
ALL Knitwear is a registered vendor authorized to collect sales tax on behalf of New York state. Effective April 1, 2012, sales of clothing items costing less than $110.00 will be exempt from all state and local taxes. Clothing items costing more than $110.00 will be charged state, MCTD, and local taxes for a rate of 8.875%. See Publication 718-C: Sales/Use Tax Rates on Clothing for details.
RETURNS
Contact me within 10 days of receiving your product if you are dissatisfied with your purchase and we will work together to resolve the issue. Please understand that I cannot accept returns for a full cash refund unless the item is defective.
CUSTOM
Custom orders are accepted from time to time. Please know that I cannot meet all requests for custom orders and commitment will be based on the nature of the project. Some colors and patterns may be interchangeable for an additional fee, please email for more information.
WHOLESALE
Wholesale orders will be considered for select retailers. If you are interested in carrying my work in your retail setting, please introduce yourself by emailing me and telling me about yourself and your space. Please understand that not all requests for wholesale orders may be met. Commitment will be based on compatibility with prospective retailer, current workload, and timeline. Wholesale prices and minimum quantities will be supplied by request.
